Provide Feedback

There are several ways to provide product feedback for StarOps:

In Product Feedback

Use the in product feedback feature found in the bottom left corner of StarOps

In Product Chat Quality Feedback

Use the in product feedback feature found just below your response in a chat window. Feedback can be good (thumbs up) or bad (thumbs down). If you select bad, StarOps will prompt you for further information on your feedback.

Feedback Portal

Ingenimax is leveraging a Customer Feedback Portal
Please sign up for a free login, and then use this platform to enter feature requests and workflow use cases you are interested in! You can also comment and vote on other users suggestions, this is really helpful for us.
